Dear Alan, we are now the same age. Happy US!!

As I read your post, the only thing I could think of was LOVE 💗 I personally want to answer all this craziness with LOVE 💕 If nothing else ..but to balance all this out with happiness and again LOVE

As I sit here in Sweden and the border to Russia is not far at all and the government is taking about ..if or when the war comes.. I send out Love to the planet.

I wish you LOVE and PEACE

Thank you so much Alan.

I must admit I felt a bit of resistance towards this tool "push against-partnering with" because my "I know mind" jumped in and diminished it. Using this tool like for the first time was so amazing and it was exactly what is being needed.

With gratitude 🙏 and trust

Daga

Dear Daga, I'm glad it was helpful now. It is truly at the foundation of how I live my life, and over the last 15 years, it has shifted my relationship to the world around me as well as the world within me. I am grateful.

Hi Alan-my dear friend

I can see that my attention is going back to this tool again (push against-parrnering with) and I am grateful.

What has resonated was sth like that (in the way I remembered it):

*

Sensing into the moment and possibility (...) into feelings, thoughts, emotions. (...)

You can be asked to act or stop doing what you were doing. (...)

Let it (some stucked enegies- in my case) guide you - allow them to show you the bigger picture (...) 😶

*

What shows up is sadness which touches mi deeply again. It is like vulnerability and relief at the same time.

No guards, no mask, just the truth to what it is for right here, right now. "It may be for now but it's not for ever".

💛

Dear Dagmara, The more we are willing to be with "what is"--to be with the sadness, in your case, the more it can keep moving and healing. Beautiful that you keep coming back to work with it. A gift to yourself and to the deep feelings within you. --Alan

I read this and then sat in meditation, Alan, and what I need to "partner with" bubbled up – and the notion of partnering with it felt calming and ennobling. Thank you!

Which of your books would you recommend to understand more?

Create a World That Works is the "textbook" for the Transformational Presence Leadership and Coaching program and foundational to Transformational Presence as a way of living. The other book you might consider is Transformational Presence: How To Make a Difference in a Rapidly Changing World. It is the "textbook" for Transformational Presence Leadership. You can find both of them in print or digital on amazon.

Thanks for writing about the difficult times, Alan. I'm going to keep "partner with" instead of "push against" at the forefront of my mind as I move through this day and notice what happens.

Thank you, Jane. When we listen, sense, and feel into what is trying to get our attention and/or what wants to happen, and partner with that, in my experience, it shifts everything.
