This time I listened, Alan. That was such a good experience to hear your voice speaking this words of in between. I felt the words in my body, they resonate and bringing up my own in -between experiences, and the mysterious and profound knowing of the whispering of my name...
Thank you, Lidwien. I’m happy to know that listening added another dimension to your experience. I love making the recordings. It feels like I can get closer to the reader/listener. A more intimate connection.
Interesting to think about your words on different levels. Sometimes I am in between projects, some days I am in between several different family relationships in the same 8 hour period, and always - I am in between breaths. Stopping and pausing at any of these stages can bring surprising insights.
These words resonates so with my mother being in between her two places of residence and at the same time my in between in the in between of her. The more I can release, the more breathing space we both get. Thanks again Alan for these words that provide air and growth.

Indeed, Jane. We’re always in between, and often in between the in between!

Thank you, Gabriella, I know you've had a lot of "in between" in the last year or more!
Thanks, Alan. I love this poem and your insights about being in this space that many of us find ourselves in now. Another beautiful article!!
Thank you, Johnathon.
