Thank you so much, Essence. And thank you for what you bring to the world. It was a long time ago that we met. So nice to still be connected. And thank you for subscribing.
Essence, this is my current regular publication. However, if you wish to subscribe to the Monday Meditations (next series in the autumn), you will see a link for that at the bottom of the Substack posts starting in early September. I cannot subscribe you--you will have to do that yourself. But you are very welcome to join us. Mondays at 7 am PT. The start date will be announced in early September. Thank you again for your support of my work.
I love this story, Alan – I can feel through your writing the quiet stillness arising from this man's center. We are always being invited to connect to source, to our authentic power. But society distracts; it imposes other values on us. It takes the kind of space you provide to meet and embrace oneself.
Thank you, Cate. There is a source within us, indeed. And when we connect with that and allow it expression, we step more confidently into the fullness of who we are.
From your workshop in Rhode Island all those years ago, I came away with "I create opportunity." Thank you for this powerful story of what that can mean and how it can feel, and for the reminder that it's OK to often (hardly ever?) not know the answers.
Thank you, Jane. I remember well our time together all those years ago. And, in fact, the moment that you came to that statement. Because it was so powerful. And these days, as you say, we hardly ever truly know the answers. Yet we can sense direction. And that's enough to take a next step.
Thank you, Alan.
Thank you, Dagmara. I'm glad it was helpful.
Beautiful Alan! I learn so much from you. Grateful to know you

Will do
Thanks Allan if you still have an email list, can you make sure you add me to it Soulcoach1@me.com?

Thank you Alan. Very powerful and also comforting!
Thank you, Johnathon.
Silence within me and around me after listening to your post.
An invitation to life from my own power spot, deep inside of me. Thanks Alan.
Beautiful, Gabriella. Thank you.
