Navigating life and leadership in uncertain times can be full of both challenges and opportunities. How you show up makes a difference. Transformational Presence is a way of showing up to life and leadership that calls forth the best from people, situations, organizations, societies in service of a greater good and the well-being of all.

In the Japanese culture, they speak of kokoro, which literally translates to mean “mind, heart, spirit.” It’s about alignment within yourself. When there is something you want to accomplish or create, kokoro asks, “What are the qualities of the person who would accomplish that?” In other words, if that is what you want to create, then who must you be? How you show up—how you live—is how you will lead, coach, serve, teach, and parent. Your worldview and how you choose to show up colors everything.

The subtitle of this blog newsletter is “Conscious Living, Conscious Leading.” Here you will find articles about just that—living and leading with clarity, conscious intention, and integrity. Living into who you feel called to be from the core of who you are, and making the difference you sense you are here to make.
