Wow. A beautiful tribute to Bill’s legacy as a friend and artist. And I treasure this peek into your creative life as a musician. You contain multitudes.
Thank you, Mary. My songs aren't available online to download. I have CDs still (recorded 30 years ago--hard to believe!). And I can send you the lyrics if you wish. Thank you again.
I can feel the intimate connection you had with your friend Bill. Through this beautiful music you have posted - which I loved - you both stay connected for ever. Thanks for sharing :-) and be well inge
Reading this beautiful remembrance took me right back to those incredible Winter Solstice concerts at the Churchouse. What a beautiful space you, Bill and Able created...and what a gift to the world they are. Listening to both of the songs posted, I appreciated, for the first time, Bill's gorgeous arrangements and his brilliant accompaniment....it reminded me, once again, that all passes, art alone endures.
Thank you, Dan, you and Russ and your parents were there with us several times, I remember. I love your reminder that "all passes, art alone endures." You are bringing a different kind of art to the world through your films, and they continue to make an impact in the world.
